Like the old saying goes, “What’s not dead don’t throw it away” because you never know, did you see the debate last night with those crazy republicans? I think Newt Gingrich won hands down! It was just this past summer when things were not looking good for him, half his staff quit on him, his donors dried up, and he was just about written off…but he stood his ground and kept on pushing, now he leads in the polls in just about every state. I really believe he’s gonna get the nomination for the republicans, and Barack gonna win his second term! For whatever reasons, the republicans just don’t want Mitt Romney, and the others are just too right-wing for a general election…can’t wait for November.

Any word on when is the burial of roots producer Phillip “Fattis” Burrell? Would you believe I never met Fattis in person? I spoke with him via the telephone a few times in the 90’s when I was doing the Tamika Reggae Awards, and was trying to secure Luciano’s participation. I tried 3 years in row without success.

So the police have charged Gaza Slim from Vybz Kartel camp with obstruction of justice, for reporting that one of persons Kartel is charged with murdering in the summer, threatened her in October, suggesting that person is still alive! I can never understand why when some people get the opportunity to levitate themselves from poverty, they just keep on doing, and mix up in the same old things, with all the millions that camp was earning, you woulda think they would move above the fray, again, “wantie can’t get it – and get it-get it no want it”
