ST GEORGE’S, Grenada (CMC) – Jamaican artist, Leroy “junior” Russell, is due to appear in court here on Monday after he was arrested and charged with being in possession of marijuana.

Police said that Russell, also known as Tommy Lee was arrested at the Maurice Bishop International Airport on Sunday and the drug found in his possession. They gave no details as to the street value of the drugs found.

They said that the 24-year-old Russell, who was the main act at a reggae show here on Saturday, could face a maximum fine of EC$250,000 (US$92, 592) or jailed for two years.
