Jushia hails from the district of Bethany in Manchester. He says making message music has always been his objective.
Everyday People and Babylon Never See are two of his previous recordings, but Street Wise is Jushia’s most-promoted effort to date.
It was produced by Florida-based Kirk Nelson and released on his Island Gold label.
Jushia has been in music professionally for four years, starting out performing on sound systems and in clubs.
Last year, he performed at Rebel Salute, his biggest gig to date.
Nelson has recruited cinematographer Eucal Pinnock, aka UCal, to produce and direct the video for Street Wise. Pinnock has directed videos for I-Octane (Stab Vampire), Macka Diamond and Lady G (I Want A Man) and Junior X (Plead My Cause).
