Douglas Manley___
Douglas Manley, the brother of late former Prime Minister Michael Manley has died.
Manley died this evening at his home in St Andrew.
Douglas Manley was a Member of Parliament for South Manchester in the 1970s and also served as a Government minister.
He had been ailing for some time.
