JAMAICA COULD BENEFIT FROM A “CAREFULLY-MANAGED MARIJUANA CENTER” SAYS DR. HENRY LOWE!

Chemist and founder of the R & D Institute, Dr. Henry Lowe, have recommended that a carefully managed medical marijuana centre be set up in Jamaica, for local and overseas use. He argued that if done under the right conditions, the facility could put Jamaica in a favourable position in the health tourism market, and assist the economy tremendously.

Dr. Lowe believes that all drugs, including marijuana have some negative aspect to them, but the proper use of marijuana could put Jamaica ahead with health tourism.
