Best Of The Best Entertainment, in association with, Rockers Island Entertainment and Massive B, will once again bring the heat to the streets of South Florida during Memorial Weekend (May 23 – 26), with several blockbuster parties and exclusive shindigs — all anchored by the city’s long running music, culinary and arts festival, Best Of The Best 2014.
This year’s big concert will be held Sunday, May 25th at Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd.) in downtown Miami and feature performances from a bevy of Reggae, Dancehall and Soca giants, including Beres Hammond, Barrington Levy and Cocoa Tea, alongside Tarrus Riley, Chronixx,Elephant Man, Singing Melody, Bunji Garlin, Edwin Yearwood and Nature. Additions to the “100% Caribbean” lineup will be announced over the coming months.
Best Of The Best will be hosted by Jabba, Jamusa, DJ Roy, Hollywood Butta, Mikey Mike, 800 Bunjie, Empress Yvette, Ragashanti, Nikki Z and Ricky Platinum. Music by Massive B, Waggy T,Metro Media, Hypa Snypa, DJ KM, Fergie N Springer, Bashment Kid, Jah Stream, Fire Redz andJuxy Fire.
Prior to the main event, Best Of The Best Entertainment will produce a star-studded Welcome To Miami pre-party on Friday, May 23rd at Madhouse/Cafe Iguana Pines (8358 Pines Blvd.) in Pembroke Pines. Following the Sunday show, all roads will lead to the Official BOTB After Party at Bayside Hut (3501 Rickenbacker Causeway). On Memorial Monday, May 26th, the promoters will sponsor a Celebrity Soccer Match at Fort Lauderdale Regional Park (3700 N.W. 11th Place).
The Best Of The Best franchise remains the country’s largest, multicultural, family-oriented festival, consistently welcoming thousands of visitors from urban centers around the United States, including New York, D.C., Atlanta, Houston, as well as from the Caribbean, South America and Europe. General Admission tickets for Best Of The Best 2014 are currently on sale for $37 while VIP/OPEN BAR tickets are on sale for $109. Both early bird deals available until March 16th.
