National Caribbean American Heritage Month Musical Ambassador, Etana, will perform at Shirley Branca Park in Miramar on June 21 as the City Celebrate Caribbean American Heritage Month

Songstress Etana, the 2014 National Caribbean-American Heritage Month Musical Ambassador, will bring the reggae roots vibe with a softer, more feminine touch that will appeal to everyone at the celebration as she delivers hits from her latest album “Better Tomorrow, as well as anthems such as “I Am Not Afraid” and “Warrior Love”.
Also appearing at the Celebration is Leon Coldero, known for his nimble waistline, Coldero will deliver a sizzling soca set of current and classic hits. Alano Speed Kompa Band will perform new school Haitian music which is sure to generate a lot of excitement for the audience. Young Soleil Rowe will inspire with her earth shattering voice while the Body Nation Dancers will add spice to the evening with their energetic moves. DJ Barrie Hype will offer a selection of Caribbean classics and dance hits before the live entertainment begins on stage and between sets.Young children and teens alike will enjoy the Kids and Teen Zone.
