DANCEHALL artist Blak Ryno is recuperating at home from injuries received from a motorcycle accident on Sunday.
According to the 29-year-old entertainer, he was travelling along Molynes Road in Kingston when his motorcycle crashed. He received treatment at the Andrews Memorial Hospital and was later released.
Blak Ryno, whose given name is Romaine Anderson, said despite the pain he is extremely grateful to be alive.
“I did some X-rays and a cat scan. I am to return to the hospital as the doctors said that one of the bone in my back appears to be pushing out,” he said.
The entertainer said he was not wearing a helmet when the crash occurred and is concerned about an head injury.
“My head hurts as I got a heavy hit and I am really concerned because it is not visibly bleeding. I am supposed to get the results for the cat-scan today [yesterday] so I hope the results are OK,” he said.
The singjay is slated to performed in the United States later this month.
