However, it can today be revealed that Holyoak was booted out of her council home just over two weeks ago when it was repossessed by her local authority, who gained a court order at Edmonton County Court.
She was evicted for repeated breaches of a noise abatement order against her.
Holyoak had claimed she played music while exercising in the garden, describing it as her “therapy” and “part of her culture.”
He added: “The noise was phenomenal – it just blared out all day and into the night.
“I like James Brown and Bob Marley as much as the next person, but not every minute of every hour of every day.”
During her court hearing in July, Holyoak received a 10-week suspended jail sentence at Chelmsford Crown Court and was warned that if she continued making a racket she would be jailed.
Recorder Timothy Ashe QC told her: “Your behaviour has been quite extraordinary.
“The element that makes this very serious is the total flouting of noise abatement notices and anti-social behaviour orders.
“You have narrowly got away with prison.
“I do warn you that you will end up in prison if you continue to do this.”
Commenting on Holyoak’s eviction on October 20, Epping Forest District Council officer Tom Carne said the ordeal was “very distressing” for neighbours.
He said: “We obviously take breaches of ASBOs and noise nuisances very seriously.
“Loud music played for hours on end can be very distressing to neighbours.
“We don’t like to take people to court and we always try more gentle persuasion first but if they continue to ignore council requests and flout sanctions placed on them, as in this case, we will take every action available to us.”
