INTERNET sensation Gully Bop has secured international work permits to embark on a world tour beginning March. According to www.boneyaad.com, Canada and the United Kingdom are among his stops as well several Caribbean islands.
The 50-year-old deejay, who rose to fame months ago after a video of him freestyling went viral, is booked for Grenada on April 4 and St Martin on April 25. He will return to Europe, where he will be performing at gigs in France from May 12 to May 30. He will wrap up his tour with performances in the United States in July.
The artist is also making preparation to launch his T-shirt line later this year. He said he will be donating a percentage of his earnings towards charity.
“Helping others is like helping myself a few weeks ago,” said Gully Bop.
“Sometimes mi a drive and see a likle man pan di side a di road and just stop and gi dem some money. Di world gi mi a opportunity suh mi ago mek sure seh mi gi somebody a break too,” he continued
