Legendary reggae act Fred Locks is the guest of honor at Love and Harmony.—

SINGER Fred Locks will be guest of honor at the Love and Harmony show tomorrow, in honor of ’50 years service to Rastafari’ .

Born Stafford Elliott, Fred Locks’s career started in the mid-1960s as a member of The Lyrics, a harmony group. He is best known for the 1975 anthem Black Star Liner, a salute to Marcus Garvey’s shipping line.
