Beres Hammond—-

WITH hit songs aplenty, it is no surprise Beres Hammond is one of reggae’s in-demand performers. Currently working on a new album, the evergreen singer is scheduled to kick off a European tour in a matter of days.

Hammond has club and festival dates slated for Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Finland.

The opening gig is June 26 at the Petrol venue in Antwerp, Belgium. The next day, he and his Harmony House band are at the Reggae Fever show in De Oosterpoort, Groningen, The Netherlands.

Hammond kicks off the first of four dates at O2 Academy venues in the UK, in Leeds on July 11.

He is at the O2 Academy Bristol the following day. On the 16th and 18th, he and Bunny Wailer are scheduled to perform at O2 Academy Liverpool and O2 Academy Brixton, respectively.

After the Euro leg of the tour, which closes in Finland, Hammond and crew travel to the United States for shows in Virginia, Washington, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Delaware, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida.

The pending album, which will be distributed by VP Records, is a follow-up to 2012’s One Love, One Life.
