LEGENDARY reggae singer Toots Hibbert and his Maytal band are slated to be among the performers for the Welcome to Jam Rock Reggae Cruise, on November 14 to 19.

According to concert tour publication Pollstar, Hibert is booked for six performances.

Hibbert had been recuperating from injuries sustained at Dominion Riverrock Festival in the American state of Virginia, in 2013. He was struck on the head with a vodka bottle by a man identified as William Connor Lewis while performing his hit single Country Road.

The wound required several stitches at the VCU Medical Center. The drunken fan was arrested and charged by police.
