FRESH from a gig in Panama, reggae artist Dillgin is putting together a summer promotional trip to Europe. While in the Central American country last month, the entertainer said he made several club appearances and radio interviews. “I also got some promotion for one my recent songs called

Shining. It was also added to the playlists of some of the stations during my one-week stay,” he said. He is also promoting his recently released song called Million Miles.

Later this year, the Trelawny native is slated for gigs in Germany and Holland.

Dilligin (whose given name is Robert Bailey) is no stranger to the entertainment scene. Throughout the years he has pursued his career as a singer, DJ, songwriter, and producer on his own label, Wall Streetz Records. He is also the producer behind many hits, including Capelton’s

Never Get Down and Dutty Life; and The Mighty Diamonds’ Pass The Kutchie.

Dillgin’s 2001 self-produced breakout single Cuss Cuss featuring Mark Ice, was featured on VP Records Strictly The Best 27 and has taken him on tours throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Canada, and across the United States.

Relocating to California in 2010, Dillgin started over with a renewed focus on his music. He has opened for and collaborated with California Rock band Urban Classics; consulted and worked with renowned musician Derrick Barnett from Sagittarius and Statement Band.
