Heirs of late reggae great Peter Tosh are warring over his royalties — and the rights to negotiate a lucrative deal with Bob Marley’s estate, according to a new lawsuit.

Tosh’s cousin Pauline Morris, of Manhattan, is suing his daughter, Niambi MacIntosh, of Boston, over approximately $300,000 in yearly fees. Morris claims she’s due half of Tosh’s royalties per a 1994 agreement with his estate.

Morris, 57, says Niambi, 34, has also edged her relative out of talks with the estates of Bob Marley and Bunny Wailer for an interest in the trio’s company, Tuff Gong Records, the Manhattan civil suit says.

Niambi did not return a call for comment.
