American band The Movement earns its second number one album on the Billboard Reggae Album chart this week. The trio’s sixth studio effort, Golden, replaced Stick Figure’s Set in Stone in the top spot.

Released April 8 by Rootfire Cooperative, Golden contains 12 tracks including collaborations with guitarist and vocalist Leilani Wolfgramm, Bermudan reggae artist Collie Buddz, deejay Bobby Hustle and singer Elliot Marsh.

The Movement’s members are Josh Swain (guitar, lead vocals); Jay Schmidt (bass); and Gary Jackson (drums).

Their 2012 album, One More Night, topped the Billboard Reggae Album chart, while 2013’s Side by Side reached number two. An acoustic album, Beneath The Palms, was released in 2014.

The band was formed in Columbia, South Carolina in 2004. They released their debut album, On Your Feet, that year.They have opened for a diverse cast of acts including Steel Pulse, Slightly Stoopid, the Wailers, Ludacris, Common, SOJA and Blues Traveler.
