Kemar Highcon—-

Singer Kemar Highcon recently signed with Shaggy’s Ranch Entertainment label. He is known in the New York City dancehall/reggae scene for songs like Oh Gosh and Control.

“Being signed to Ranch means that somebody as talented, experienced and successful in all aspects of music as Shaggy recognizes my talent and believes I am able to do the same,” Highcon told Splash.

Originally from Portmore, Highcon began recording in 2013. His first song, Every Girl A Mine, was produced by Track Starr. It was his schoolmate, singer Christopher Martin, who introduced him to Shaggy.
