The second show in ‘Stop The Violence Now’ tour’ is scheduled for September 30 in Papine Square, St Andrew.
Organizer Lawrence ‘Jah Mike’ Lugg said a cast of established and emerging acts will perform on the show which promotes peace in some of Jamaica’s crime-ridden communities.
Lugg said the first event at Grants Pen Peace Park in Grants Pen, St Andrew, on July 30 was well-attended. “It went great, the people love it an’ request more,” he told the Jamaica Observer.
That show featured up-and-coming artists such as Abajonai and hometown singer Singing Sweet.
Warrior King, Kenneth Culture, Michael Dawkins and Abajonai are expected to perform at the Papine event.
