Half Pint—

The second show in the ‘Stop The Violence Now’ series is scheduled for Saturday at Mandela Park in Half-Way-Tree.

Initially scheduled for September 30 in Papine Square, it was postponed due to the threat of Hurricane Matthew.

Organizer Lawrence ‘Jah Mike’ Lugg said a cast of established and emerging acts will perform on the show which promotes peace in some of Jamaica’s crime-ridden communities.

The first event took place at Grants Pen Peace Park in Grants Pen, St Andrew, on July 30.

Half Pint, Kenneth Culture, Michael Dawkins and Abajonai are expected to perform Saturday.
