VETERAN musician Ernie Smith is one of the headliners slated to perform at tomorrow’s Evening of Musical Excellence at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel in St Andrew.

The show will begin at 5:00 pm.

The event is hosted by the Mico University College Alumni Association, and will also feature Dem Three Tenors, Kimiela Isaacs and Desi Jones Combo. It is held under the patronage of British High Commissioner to Jamaica David Fitton, and will aid in establishing two of 15 Shared, Multimedia Access to Resources for Teaching (SMART) classrooms, that the association is seeking to establish.

Winston Wright, first vice-president of the Mico Alumni Association, said apart from the fact the concert is for a worthy cause, the show will provide worthwhile family entertainment.

“Ernie Smith himself said he will give an unforgettable show. It will be an energetic and relaxing and entertaining evening for the whole family,” he said.

Tears On My Pillow). His other songs include Bend Down, Ride On Sammy, One Dream, Pitta Patta and Duppy Gunman.
