The Bonner brothers are returning with their yearly concert, All Spice Food and Reggae Festival, at the Liguanea Club Main Lawn (formerly LIME Golf Academy) in New Kington on Saturday, December 3.
“We really wanted to have our friends come out and support this musical unity concert. Last year we kept it to mostly just the family with one exception; this year we are looking at a bigger event with more performances in keeping with the same reggae vibe,” said Richie Spice.
In addition to Richie Spice, the Bonner clan comprises established acts Spanner Banner, Pliers, and Snatcha Lion, as well as Black Shepherd and Mikey Bonner.
Also billed to perform are Christopher Martin, Khalilah Rose, Adahzeh, Agent Sasco, Ce’Cile, Warrior King, Cocoa Tea, and Chaka Demus.
The day’s events include a food village, kiddies attractions, a comedy show, and performances by emerging acts. Gates are slated to open at 10:00 am, while the live show is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm.
“We wanted to definitely provide an atmosphere that the entire family can come out and enjoy during the day and that adults can enjoy during the night. Few events have the entire family in mind and family unity has always been our mandate for All Spice,” Fontano Thompson, CEO of Bonner Cornerstone Records, added.
