Little Hero takes a stand against violence with his new song Woman Strength, which addresses the rising number of attacks on women and children in Jamaica.
“It is time for us as a country to reflect on these innocent people who have lost their lives in these gruesome acts,” said the diminutive artiste.
Produced by MJH Music, the song was released in January. Little Hero believes Jamaican legislators should be more aggressive when dealing with violence against children and women.
“We should be focusing on rebuilding of the morals and standards in which we set for ourselves as Jamaican citizens. We are known as a set of powerful people, so together lets build back our country into a violence-free society where children and woman can freely move around in peace,” he said.
The spate of deadly assaults against women and children reached frightening levels in 2016. The trend has carried over into this year with several grisly incidents.
Little Hero is scheduled to launch his ‘Woman Strength Tour’ on February 24 at Old Skool Grill in Mississauga, Canada.
