Pain, death, broken heart, shattered dreams are just the sorrows and harrows that devour the inner being and future of society.
The constant decay of moral rights has forgotten that today’s children are tomorrow’s future. A soulful cry for our children’s lives is echoed loudly by female music sensation Pinky Famous, in her valiant efforts to raise more awareness for the welfare of today’s children.
She is indeed young in age and mature in heart and sings with so much conviction, authority and purpose, “Justice, justice, we need justice” summoning urgent action and global attention from us all who can make a difference. The perpetrators of violence against children and women seem to be roaming free, but we must unite and put an end to this global inhumane practice.
A perfect message by Pinky Famous in collaboration with the Peace and Love Academic Scholarship (PALAS, Inc.) program to bring the truth out of isolation so a speedy solution can be realized.
Pinky’s song “We Need Justice” is taken from the soon to be released album “Help Educate the Youth” PALAS Riddim, Vol. 1 which has 18 amazing tracks. All the songs were donated to PALAS to help raise funds for scholarships via download sites CDBaby, ITunes, Amazon and others.
PALAS hopes to welcome the high school student, Pinky Famous as one of its recipients at this year’s awards presentation in Kingston, Jamaica. PALAS will award at least 100 new scholarships to students in the Caribbean. Thus far, PALAS has awarded 385 scholarships and 44 computers over the past 6 years to students in Jamaica.
The track is co-produced by Courtney “Coozie” Mellers and Oneil Famous Darby and co-written by Pinky Famous and Jason Grant is released on Bee Cat Records.
The album project director/coordinator is Sue Oliver from the UK.
Rula Brown, Founder/Exec. Director of PALAS, says the executive board is
