Prendergast was freed in the Gun Court yesterday after the Crown offered no further evidence.

He was arrested and charged in 2014 with illegal possession of a firearm and common assault.

Prendergast, who was represented by attorney Tom Tavares Finson and Donahue Martin Jr, was on bail.

The charges stemmed from an incident where Prendergast allegedly pointed a firearm at a security guard at the Bob Marley Museum in St Andrew.
