It debuted at number 14 on the Billboard chart then rose to number 12 in January. It fell off the chart and re-entered at number one this week.
The Zee caught up with the Red Square Artiste Xyclone who says the release of a remix of one of the album’s singles gave the album a boost in sales.

‘From the Basement to the Big Leagues’ managed to topple Major Lazer’s album, ‘Know no better’ from the coveted position. Others stars in the top 10 include Ziggy Marley and Jimmy Cliff and Sizzla Kalonji.

Xyclone is humbled by the achievement.
