The Half-Way-Tree Police have launched a major probe into the robbery of a group of men of nearly J$1 million on Paddington Terrace in Kingston on Tuesday.
Reports are that about 9:00 p.m., a group of 15 men, 13 of which are Chinese nationals were at a meeting, when five armed men entered the premise and robbed them of their cash and valuables.
The men were robbed of US$5,400, and J$177,700 and CYN $5,180; along with 21 cell phones valuing J$1,109,400 and seven laptops valued at J$483,750.
