KINGSTON, Jamaica — The sentencing for popular entertainer Ninja Man was a short while ago delayed as a result of a handcuff shortage facing police officers who were to escort the artiste along with other accused/prisoners, OBSERVER ONLINE has learnt.

When his case was called before the Home Circuit Court in downtown Kingston, an attorney disclosed the situation in the courtroom.

Ninja Man, whose given name is Desmond Ballentine, was on November 20 found guilty of the 2009 murder of Ricardo “Ricky Trooper” Johnson.
