Legendary Jamaican Reggae Record Producer Augustus “Gussie” Clarke has been credited as one of the top Jamaican Music producers of all time. In 1972, the 18-year-old launched his record producing career with his first single “The Higher The Mountain” by the legendary deejay Daddy U-Roy and later established record labels such as “Gussie”, “Gussie & Puppy”, “Music Works” & “Anchor”. Through the 1970’s & early 1990’s Gussie moved on to producing most of the greatest reggae artists of all time including :

A’lisa is well known as a cabaret singer from Jamaica’s North Coast. She has recently partnered with Gussie Clark and is in the process of working on an EP which features Coco Tea. This up tempo dancehall track is her first single. The song is an exhilarating description of her position on dating, relationships and her refusal to accept anything less than the best in her relationships.
