Born in August 1980 on the beautiful island and home of reggae music, Jamaica. Yeneek grew up with a love for music and song writing. She always had a song in her head, even as a little girl. Friends and family would frequently pay her to sing for them and this, in turn, encouraged this ever enthusiastic child to pursue her dreams of becoming a performer.

During her teenage years, she began singing in church. At the age of fifteen, she discovered her gift for song writing, and at sixteen, she joined her first band, QB7, which was already established and in the market for a lead female vocalist.

At eighteen, Yeneek migrated the U.S. and attended Florida Metropolitan University to study trade and tourism. There, she joined the school choir, a small group of about eight people. During this time, she was signed to a small label and under contract for two years. In the following years, she took some time off to start a family of her own. However, the love of music and song writing has never left her. Today, she continues to record and perform as a signer, while exploring her creativity as a songwriter. She is excited about this new chapter of her life, and looks forward to sharing her talent with the world.
