Known for his flawless falsetto and countless cover versions, Ghost has released a new single, titled Humbly Before Thee Master, which provides inspiration at a time when the world needs uplifting. It was produced by the artiste and MS Music.
Written by Ghost, whose given name is Carlton Hylton, the single serves as a spiritual recommitment, and shows that inspirational music messages transcend time and genre.
Speaking on his heartfelt musical offering, the renowned and celebrated singer explained his motivation for Humbly Before Thee Master.
“I know that there is a Creator in the world that created everything. That Creator is in everyone. There is a light that shines inside of everyone, good and evil. We are nothing without him, and if we could just seek that light of goodness inside of us, the world will be in a better place.”
Ghost continued: “I wrote this song two years ago, but it is relevant to what is going on right now with this pandemic. I am urging the world to seek the light within ourselves and let us humble ourselves to the Creator. We need him to help solve all this chaos. So, let us unite and make the world a better place.”
