It’s every man’s desire to satisfy his lover, and Kongquez Golden is no different. In fact, the Grenadian singer presents his sexual resume on Every Pain, a song released in December by GMS Records out of Zimbabwe.

The single, which hears Kongquez Golden boasting about his bedroom prowess just before getting busy, is his latest flirt with the Afrobeats craze. He previously experimented with the sound on African Princess in 2018.

“The most exciting thing about this project is it gives people the chance to hear my voice all through the world,” said Kongquez Golden, who is based in the United Kingdom.

Every Pain was only his second song for 2020, following She’s Gone Again. It was conceived while he was on lockdown in Grenada during the Coronavirus.

Although the pandemic stalled his recording schedule , Kongquez Golden took advantage of the extended ‘break’ to re-connect with his roots.

“I stayed in the capital St. George’s where I got my house. Wherever I go, my roots always follow me. I did get a chance to do things I haven’t done for a very long time, especially in the village,” he said.

Kongquez Golden has been recording since his teens and has dabbled in soca, reggae, dancehall and gospel. He has also been producing songs since 2014.

In late 2019, he produced the Flawless ‘riddim’ which was driven by songs from Luciano, Capleton and Merciless.
