Tree of Life, a six-song EP co-produced by Natures Way Entertainment and Typhoon Music Group, will be released by VPAL Music next week.
The compilation, which features songs by Ginjah, Alva, King Mas and Jemere, is the fourth collaboration between the labels which are based in South Florida and California.

Despite a global lull in music releases as a result of the Coronavirus, Garfield Cowan of Natures Way Entertainment stressed the importance of both labels keeping active.
“Wi haffi keep di fire blazing same way,” he said defiantly.
One of the songs on Tree of Life is Pressures of Life by Ginjah, the talented singer/songwriter who was once part of Beres Hammond’s Harmony House camp.

Ginjah also has an album scheduled for release this year, produced by Natures Way Entertainment.
Ganja Girl by Matik, Free up The Grades by King Mas and Jemere Morgan, and Real Love from Alva are other songs on the Tree of Life which Cowan describes as “entertaining and educational”.

Natures Way Entertainment and Typhoon Music Group’s most successful venture was the Sweet Personality rhythm and album of the same title which was released in 2013.

Last year, both labels had projects on the market. Natures Way Entertainment released the Soul Reggae Again album, while Typhoon Music Group produced Deep Waters, a song by pop group Karlene Shannon and The Orbits.
