THE ROYALS IN CONCERT Free Online Event Unites The World Through Global Music MONTEGO BAY, JAMAICA—

The virtual concert series, The Royals In Concert, will air on March 26, 2021 at 8pm Jamaica Time (9pm EST) on the Blacklight Records YouTube channel. This month the event will feature two remarkable stars from across the globe. French dancehall star, Charly B, who has a deep connection with Jamaica, having lived on the island, graces The Royals In Concert virtual platform with his uniquely fortified style. His fans from across the reggae world will be excited to hear him perform his many hits including the anthem Prophecies Untold. Charley B has performed on many festivals around the world such as Rebel Salute (Jamaica) and Reggae Pon Di River (Germany). Also performing is reggae great Twiggi who rose to prominence in the 1990s with chart toppers such as It’s Too Late, Michelle, Want It with Buju Banton and Do Me Baby.

Twiggy, a true reggae icon, has left her musical mark across the world, from The US to Africa. The beautiful and talented Dancehall Queen Carlene from Kingston, Jamaica and culinary genius Jamaican Chef Noel Cunningham from Canada will host this month’s event. “We aim to bring the world together with the power of great global music,” said the concert’s originator and promoter, Peter Lloyd. “This is a platform that features the performance of recording stars from around the world. It is a free event as we give back to the lovers of music who gave me and many others our voices.”
