Marley rules the list for the first time since last August.
For the first time since August 2020, Bob Marley returns to No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Facebook Live Videos chart, powered by Shareablee, crowning February 2021’s tally.
The chart, the latest of which recaps February 2021 activity, is a monthly look at the widest-reaching and most-reacted-to videos posted by musicians on Facebook Live, as tracked by media analytics company Shareablee. Rankings are determined by a formula that blends reactions, comments, shares and first-seven-days views.
Marley’s latest ruler is a Feb. 6 stream of the Survival 76 Earthstrong Celebration, which was held on what would have been Marley’s 76th birthday.
The all-star tribute included members of the Marley family as well as other performers influenced by the reggae legend.
The stream was the biggest by a musician in February in multiple chart metrics, paced by 2.5 million views in its first seven days – the only such video to break 2 million this month. It also wrangled 53,000 reactions, 20,000 shares and 15,000 comments, according to Shareablee.
A pair of country artists – Dylan Scott and Luke Bryan rank at Nos. 2 and 3, respectively, with live clips of their own, Scott’s featuring his 3-year-old son Beckett.
