Bounty Killer Lashes Out at Gunmen Who Challenged Police & Artiste Who Support Criminals

Dancehall icon, Bounty Killer, is lashing out at the actions of gunmen who yesterday met their demise when they challenged the police in a gun battle on Trafalgar Road in St. Andrew.

Killer, whose given name is Rodney Pryce, is describing the actions of the gunmen as senseless.

The artiste is appealing to young people in Jamaica to change their mind set from one which is inclined to pursue a life of violent crime.

The entertainer says other young men who observed the dramatic incident which was captured on video yesterday should ask themselves what kind of Jamaica they wish to live in.

Killer is also calling for perpetrators of violent crimes similar to the actions of the gunmen yesterday to be met with the strongest punishment.

The artiste says going forward he’s intends on taking a stand in the best interest of Jamaica and continue his work with crime stop.

Bounty Killer also lashed out at artistes who he says are buying guns and contributing to the maintenance of gunmen.

He says those artistes who are funding crime and taking care of criminals must face strong action.

The veteran dancehall artiste made his views known in a post on his instagram page last evening.

This as he joined many Jamaicans who commented on the dramatic series of events in St. Andrew yesterday where two gunmen were intercepted and killed by the police when they opened fire on law enforcement.

The gunmen had killed a businessman in another section of the corporate area moments before they were cut down by the police.
