“This song has some old school feelings, I love it. It reminds me of the past Trench Town greats. These are the types of rhythm they would sing on. I wanted for the longest time to sing on these types of rhythms,” the artiste expressed.
Hailing from Trench Town, Hugh English, whose given name is Donovon English, forayed into the music scene in 2009. With past releases such as “Sufferation”, “Gun In The Hands Of Fools”, “Nah Show Nuh Love” and “We Lost That Loving Feeling”, the artiste gravitates towards authentic Reggae and sweet songs for the world to love. We are singing great songs but we need great people, behind great songs so I have high hopes that great things are going to happen for the Trenchtowners,” he stated. More is on the horizon for the artiste, with new music to be released in the coming months.
