Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly arrested in Manhattan on Monday.
According to a NBC News report, it was not immediately clear on what charges Combs was arrested, but the arrest comes amid a wave of lawsuits filed against him alleging sexual assault and an ongoing federal investigation.
Describing Combs as an imperfect person but “not a criminal”, Agnifilo said, “To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts.”
Combs is the target of several civil lawsuits that characterize him as a violent sexual predator who used alcohol and drugs to subdue his victims. Earlier this year, Homeland Security Investigations (HIS) agents raided a Los Angeles home reportedly associated with Combs.
