The charges against Bling and her co-accused, deejay Vybz Kartel, were dropped in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate’s Court in Half-Way-Tree, on September 24. It inspired Bling — who attends the Grant Hill Pentecostal Church in Lawrence Tavern, St Andrew — to record a gospel single called A God A Go Wid Me, produced by UIM Records. “I am really grateful. I-OCATNE’S MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEVERS TIES WITH EUROPEAN-BASED LIVEJAM ENTERTAINMENT!

I-Octane The management team of internationally acclaimed reggae singer, Byiome Muir, more popularly known as I-Octane, has released a statement to the media, declaring that they are completely distancing themselves from Barcelona-based LiveJamEntertainment and Stefano Ingrosso. According to the release, effective immediately, LiveJam Entertainment is not authorised to accept bookings or deposits on behalf of I-Octane and is not in a position to negotiate any contractual or other arrangement on behalf of the singer, whether in Europe or any other part of the world. “All bookings must be done through Khool International Agency and or I-Octane’s manager, Ray Alexander,” the management team stated in the release, adding that it was very unfortunate that it has become necessary for them to take this drastic step. SEAN PAUL, I-OCTANE AND DEMARCO ARE ADDED TO THE MONTREAL INTERNATIONAL REGGAE FESTIVAL FOR AUGUST 15-17!

  Sean Paul—- ORGANIZERS of the Montreal International Reggae Festival have announced three more Jamaican acts for its annual show to be held in that French-Canadian city, on August 15-17. Sean Paul, I-Octane and Demarco are to join lover’s rock singers Maxi Priest and Sanchez, and reggae queen Marcia Griffiths for the three-day event. When the first set of acts was named late last month, organizers noted the line-up will reflect a blend of emerging and established acts in order to cater to the varied taste of patrons.
