TESSANNE CHIN BREAKS HER SILENCE ON SEPARATION FROM HUSBAND!

Jamaican singer Tessanne Chin broke her silence on her widely publicised separation from husband Michael Anthony Cuffe Jr. Chin shed some light on the breakup in an interview on CVM’s OnStage . She explained to host Winford Williams that the split was not as a result of foul play on either part – and she was rather surprised at what social media deemed the root of the breakup. “Like any other human being, you have those moments where people need to respect your [wish for] privacy,” she said. “It is something that is very personal and it is something that we are going through. There was no foul play involved and the rumors are kinda ridiculous,” Chin added. The season 5 winner of The Voice further contended that she still has much love and respect for Cuffe and his family. “There’s always going … Read entire article »

Tessanne Chin.— By Shereita Grizzle— It’s on to the next round for Jamaica-born Anita Antoinette, coached by Gwen Stefani, as she advances to the final 12 in this season’s staging of the United States singing competition ‘The Voice’. Last Tuesday, the singer delivered another memorable performance as she belted out the lyrics to Meghan Trainor’s popular hit All About That Bass. Not only did she do justice to the song, but a reggae twist to the original version and a few saucy dance moves had the live studio audience totally captivated. The performance guaranteed her a spot in the final 12 and saw Antoinette leading the pack of finalists on the popular iTunes chart, much like she did the previous week with her version of MAGIC!’s Rude. While there are opportunities to earn, Blaqk Sheep says there are still limitations. “You do earn, but it takes a while. If you go YouTube versus record sales, YouTube nah go ever reach that level,” he told The Sunday Gleaner. Meanwhile, record sales have a somewhat dismal side, with Tessanne Chin’s Count On My Love only selling approximately 7,000 units in … Read entire article »
