Beenie Man—Bogota—(Prensa Latina) Jamaican singer Beenie Man will be one of the main international stars invited to the 2014 Jamming Festival, the biggest reggae meeting in Colombia, which will be celebrated at the end of May.
According to website www.tuboleta.com a total of 35 artists have confirmed their attendance to the event, which will be at sports park in the northern highway. Among the artists in the program, there are Argentinean band Los Autenticos Decadentes, Seed (Germany), Zona Ganjah (Chile-Argentina) and others. The Colombian delegation will count on the performances of outstanding reggae groups, and others performing authocthonous rhythms, such as Toto la Momposina, Bomba Stereo, Herencia de Timbiqui, Kevin Flores and Lion Reggae. The Jamming Festival has consolidated among the most popular in Colombia. In its recent editions, there has been the participation of 10,000 Colombian dancers, dancing at the music played by Jamaican musicians, such as Sizzla Kalonji and Tanya Stephens, and Mexican band Panteon Rococo. |
