NINE years after his last studio album, Grammy-winning deejay Beenie Man gives a peek into his upcoming set Unstoppable, with the release of its lead song Ready to Party.

A club-banger, Ready to Party is produced by Mario ‘Mario C’ Campbell for MD Music/VP Records.

Beenie Man said he composed the track along with Mario C, with whom he has worked on several occasions.

“There is a certain level of compatibility when we work together. It jus’ natural, nothing is forced. In di studio wi have a mutual understanding of what wi want the outcome to be,” said

Beenie Man.

Campbell produced a number of Beenie Man’s hits, including Back it Up, Hottest Man Alive, Inna Di Go Go Club, Bad Till Yuh Buck, Give It Up (featuring Barbee) and Picture Dis.

Unstoppable, which will be Beenie Man’s 20th studio album, is due in December. His last album was 2006’s Undisputed for Virgin Records, which topped the Billboard Reggae Album chart.

Beenie Man won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2001 for Art and Life, distributed by Virgin. It capped a golden 10-year run for the lanky toaster, during which he released critically-acclaimed albums, such as Maestro, Many Moods of Moses, and The Doctor, which were distributed by VP.
