Dancehall star Beenie Man has apologized to fans in Canada for his non appearance at this weekend’s staging of rapper Drake’s OVO Festival.

This is due to the fact that the required visa to travel to Canada was not granted. Representatives from Beenie Man’s management team made every effort to obtain the required documents, however all attempts proved futile. Additional support was provided by Drake’s team to have immigration lawyers represent their interest. This also proved unsuccessful.

Unstoppable features production work from a variety of producers including Major Lazer, Tony Kelly, Mario C, Jordan McClure, Seanizzle, Jeremy Harding and Don Corleone among others.

“We chose 21 songs because we had a lot to say. I haven’t done an album in over 7 years and seems like the industry is moving in that direction as well. You are getting more tracks for less money and it makes sense as it discourages the fans from illegally downloading your music. Everyone likes a bargain. In this case it’s a really steal more than a deal as the album is solid”, Beenie Man said in a previous release.

Unstoppable is being released by New York Based VP Records distribution arm VPAL.
