Tony Anthony has joined forces with popular Canada-based record label Big 7 Promotions to record a reggae version of country singer Johnny Reid’s 2010 smash hit, ‘Today I’m Going To Try And Change The World’.

“This is a song that a lot of people love. It’s one of my favorite country songs. That’s why I’ve recorded a reggae version of it for my fans,” Tony Anthony said.

The song was officially released on October 20, and since then it has enjoyed strong rotation in Canada, the US, UK and Europe.

It has also registered on the Foundation Radio Network Top 30 Music Chart in New York, where it is currently sitting in the number 9 position. “The response to this song has been impressive so far. I’m confident that it’s going to make a significant impact worldwide,” Tony Anthony said.

Meanwhile, the easy-going singer, who originally hails from Grove Pen in St Catherine, recently signed with Big 7 Promotions. “I have a lot of confidence in the people who operate this company. They are very professional and I’m confident that they will help me to take my career to new heights,” he said.

Tony Anthony is currently on the island promoting Today I’m Going to Try And Change The World.
