BY KEVIN JACKSON—  Chef Andre Fowles of the Food Network’s Chopped participates in a demonstration.— HEADLINER Shaggy was a treat at the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival held in Markham Park, Sunrise, Florida, last Sunday. With his vast repertoire of hits songs, Shaggy held the jam packed venue under his musical spell, especially the females. Songs including Oh Carolina, Bonafide Love, It Wasn’t Me, Boombastic, Hey Sexy Lady, Church Heathen and his recent Billboard chart-topper That Love were well received. Prior to putting a lid on the day’s proceedings, Shaggy was preceded by a number of strong performances.
